Blunt , a word that evokes raw material since 2006, when the first collections were born. Creator and manufacturer, our handmade creations come to life through a choice of noble materials, a fair amount of work and particular care for the finish and harmony of the place.
Material
For over fifteen years, Blunt France has been a sense of the essential, of designs that free themselves from the weight of materials. Each piece and creation tells a story to those who pay attention to it.

Creation

The craftsman knows how to go about obtaining the object he wants. The artist, on the other hand, does not know in advance what he is going to achieve, nor how he is going to do it.
This is what makes Blunt France unique, the union of these two worlds. For solid wood pieces, it is the hands of the cabinetmaker and the carpenter who intervene in turn. At this stage, the limit with the sculptor's profession is close.
Manufacturing
In our workshops, there are men and women who work, each with their talent and their grain of audacity to tame the material as best as possible.
An expert hand and a discerning eye achieve the necessary dosage of work to embellish its traces of history, to soften it and shape it.
Each piece of furniture passes through the hands of our artists until final assembly. Every detail is important at each stage of manufacturing.
Signature
The finishing of the works is one of the particularities of the Blunt France brand and a positive obsession every day.
Varnish, oil, wax or lacquer, all the operations of the finishing phase are part of a precise and meticulous process to achieve the perfection of detail that appeals to the eye and the sense of touch.
Our signature is also this back and forth between design and craftsmanship, where each piece of furniture is the result of a well-formulated design, then a controlled gesture.
