Can we choose the dimensions?

Yes, we have dimensions available with balanced proportions and load-bearing, but all our collections can be made to measure. Contact us for any request based on a model.

What is the manufacturing time?

Allow 6 to 8 weeks for manufacturing from our Workshop based in Biarritz.

Can we get it delivered?

Deliveries are organized every week from the Workshop, delivery and installation in France and abroad. It is imperative to check the goods upon delivery. No complaints will be accepted without specific reservations beforehand on the delivery note. It will also be necessary to take photos of the problem and send them to us within 24 hours at the latest.

What maintenance should be provided for steel?

For daily maintenance, a damp sponge or window cleaner on a soft cloth is sufficient. Avoid placing hot pans or dishes directly on the steel. Provide felt pads under decorative objects placed on it. Recommendation for oiling table legs with BLUNT oil. In the event of a small scratch, you can reduce it with a permanent black felt-tip pen that you pass into the scratch, then smooth out the excess with your finger or slightly damp cloth. Then, apply a little steel oil with a soft cloth. You can also fill in large scratches with a little BLUNT black patina. Maintenance and repair kit on request.

How do you choose the wood?

We work solid wood by hand and without mechanical constraints.

The wood is already cracked or will crack naturally. Wood is a material where imperfection is pleasant and invites us to preserve it and enhance it without altering the use of the furniture. It becomes a unique piece due to its shape, color, finish, knots, cracks, traces of time.

The thickness of the wood varies depending on availability, irregularity and the particularity of the piece. In the interior version, the thickness of the wood will vary between 45 and 65 mm. In the exterior version, the thickness can vary between 80 and 100 mm. The length and width of the pieces of wood are given approximately, there may be a small difference in dimensions.

Each piece may have varying patterns, solid wood cracks with temperature and humidity differences, exposure and climatic variations. No claim can be accepted in this regard if the change does not alter the use of the furniture.

Our woods are treated, however, in the event of micro perforations or wood dust, it will be necessary to apply a little xylophene to the area. This does not pose any danger to the surrounding woods, it is the presence of the sapwood, the soft part of the wood, which sometimes allows them to reappear.

What maintenance should be provided for wood?

The trays are made of solid wood. Solid wood is a material that can work over time due to climatic variations, especially in winter. Some variations in shape or cracks are not inherent to the way but to the material. All our woods are treated in our workshop, it may happen that in the sapwood (light and dead part of the wood) small occupants persist. In this case, it is enough to apply a little Xylophène to remedy their presence. The latter do not present any risk for surrounding wood. No complaints can be accepted for this purpose. The wood is varnished for indoor use. Maintenance is simple, sponge or window product is sufficient.
